This article describes the new features and other improvements in the November 2023 update of the Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Extension for Business Central.

November 23, 2023 (version 3.0.23312) available for download for on-premises Business Central systems and on Microsoft AppSource for Business Central Online systems from the release date.

Feature enhancements

Zetadocs Capture’s AP Automation solution has been updated this release with the following improvements.

Item tracking entries

Matched order items that include tracking numbers are added to the Purchase Invoices that Zetadocs creates along with the appropriate item tracking lines in Business Central.

Quality and performance improvements 

This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following:

Diacritics are missing when sending a batch

Resolved a Zetadocs Delivery issue, where diacritics in the company name where replaced by other characters, when used to personalise the body of the email.

Amount to Match incorrect on returning to matching screen

Fixed an AP automation issue where after a successful match, the amount to match calculations are undone when going back to the matching screen.

False validation warnings when vendor not recognised

Resolved an issue where Zetadocs would give a false subtotal validation warning when the vendor field was blank on the AP automation Preview screen.

Reduced tax validation warnings

Zetadocs will no longer warn when the total tax is expected to be zero from the tax posting groups set on the AP automation Preview screen.

Auto match fails when item lines not specified

Resolved an AP automation issue, where auto matching would fail when the invoice lines items were not first set to a valid Business Central record on the Preview screen.

Zetadocs Assisted Setup not available on BC23

Resolved an issue on Business Central 2023 Release Wave 2 on-premises systems where the Zetadocs Assisted Setup was not available after installing the Extension. This issue was corrected on November 8, 2023, with a new runtime extension update (version 3.0.23307).
