This article describes the new features and other improvements in the November 2024 update of the Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Extension for Business Central.

November 12, 2024 (version 3.0.24313) available for download for on-premises Business Central systems and on Microsoft AppSource for Business Central Online systems from the release date.

The following new feature enhancements are included in this release:

Support for Business Central 2024 wave 2 (BC25)

This release has been validated against Business Central 2024 wave 2.

Match multiple invoice lines to a purchase order line (preview)

Zetadocs AP Automation now supports matching multiple lines on an invoice to a single purchase order line.

This will be useful in some scenarios, for example where a computer purchase and the associated warranty are shown as separate lines on the invoice that need matching to a single purchase order line.

This feature is in preview, please contact Equisys if you would like to try this functionality during the preview phase.

Combine invoice lines (preview)

Zetadocs AP Automation now allows multiple invoice lines to be combined into one single line, so that the combined invoice line can be matched to a single purchase order line.

Quality and performance improvements 

This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following:

Zetadocs Delivery error logging

• Fixed an issue where a failed delivery is reported as a success instead of a failure, if the Microsoft 365 delivery mailbox has not been configured correctly. .
• Fixed an issue where if document archiving fails following a successful delivery of a report, the logs incorrectly state that the archive has succeeded and delivery has failed.

Empty documents list shown on Zetadocs Documents Factbox

Resolved an issue whereby certain records may not show the related documents and instead returns an empty list. This is particularly an issue with invoices with large numbers of associated receipts. This was due to a change in handling of the Zetadocs Record Mappings introduced in the 3.0.24293 build of the Zetadocs Extension and has been resolved in the current build, released 12th November 2024.

Known issues with released features 

Combining or matching all invoice lines using the 'Select All' button when matching lines does not work.

Business Central has a 'Select All' button on most list pages, TheZetadocs AP Automation order matching page does not currently support use of this button, users should either multi-select or individually select relevant items instead.
