Feature enhancements

Foreign currency amounts with FTP bank feeds

We have improved the handling of foreign currency payments for cards using the new FTP bank feed.  The system now imports the original currency and amount for these payments, rather than just importing the home currency amount.

Improve payment card status information

We have improved the way that errors are detected and displayed for payment cards using the FTP bank feed or TrueLayer service integration options.

Show card payment processing date

The View Payment screen will now show the processing date when the payment was received by your card provider or bank if this is different to the transaction date.  This makes it easier to reconcile the transaction to the monthly statement for the card.

The processing date is set for American Express and Mastercard payment cards using FTP bank feeds, and is an optional field for cards which use CSV import integration.

Quality and performance improvements

This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following:

Extend admin site session time

If you sign in to the admin site using a Microsoft account, you will now be able to use the site for a longer time before you are required to sign in again.  This makes the site easier to use, and reduces the risk of losing changes because you have to re-enter your credentials.

Additional upgrade steps

Extension for Business Central

The Extension for Business Central for public cloud systems has been updated with this release.  The changes do not include new functionality or fixes since the previous release (version 1.2.22186), and there is no need to update existing systems using the previous release.

The Extension for Business Central for on-premises systems has not been updated in this release.

This release is compatible with previous versions of the Extension for Business Central.

NAV Server Components

The NAV Server Components have not been updated in this release.

This release is compatible with previous versions of the NAV Server Components (versions 3.3.18178 and later).

Reporting Template

The PowerBI Reporting Template has not been updated in this release.

Mobile apps

Installed mobile apps will be updated automatically on mobile devices where this is enabled.
