Changes in this update

Preview features

The following enhancements are enabled on selected accounts only.  This allows channel partners and other users to understand the feature and to give feedback on its implementation before general release.  Please contact Equisys if you wish to use any of these preview features.

Delegate Users

A user can now be given permission to act on behalf of another user.  This can allow an assistant to create and submit expenses for their manager, or allow a team of finance processors to access a shared account without using shared sign in credentials.

Access is controlled using the admin site User Details screen.  The system administrator can specify which users or user groups can access each user account, and which roles (submitter, approver and/or processor) are available for each delegate user.

Quality and performance improvements

This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following:

Payment Card Report omits data when using Next/Previous navigation

The Payment Card Report displays a list of card payment transactions and matched expenses.  Previously if you displayed the View Payment Card Report screen and then clicked the Next or Previous navigation buttons, the client did not display the next Payment Card Report correctly in some circumstances.  This has now been corrected.

Intermittent error when registering new accounts

We have improved the process for creating and registering a new Zetadocs Expenses account so the process works more reliably when copying settings from an existing account.

Additional upgrade steps

Extension for Business Central

The Extension for Business Central has not been updated in this release.

This release is compatible with all previous versions of the Extension for Business Central.

NAV Server Components

The NAV Server Components have not been updated in this release.

This release is compatible with previous versions of the NAV Server Components (versions 3.3.18178 and later).

Reporting Template

The PowerBI Reporting Template has not been updated in this release.

Mobile apps

Installed mobile apps will be updated automatically on mobile devices where this is enabled.
