How to convert a document to a PDF file


Use the instructions below to convert any document into a PDF file which can then be sent from Zetadocs.

 

Step 1:  Print your document to the Zetadocs PDF printer.

 

Step 2:  From the File menu select the Save as PDF option.

 

Step 3:  Choose the location to save your file and the title you want your PDF to have.

 

Step 4:  Select the Save option to create your PDF.

 

 

Alternatively, you can follow this option:

 

Step 1:  Right click on the document you want to convert in the Accessories window.

 

Step 2:  From the context menu select the Convert to PDF option.

 

Step 3:  Choose the location to save your file and the title you want your PDF to have.

 

Step 4:  Select the Save option to create your PDF.
