Approving or Rejecting an Approval

 

Approval requests automatically send an email to the approver containing details of the approval and a link to the specific Zetadocs Approvals page. Alternatively you can get there from your Dashboard.

1.To determine whether to Approve or Reject an approval request, simply review the approval details and its history.

2.If any related documents are present these can be opened by clicking on them.

3.Add a comment if required, and click the Approve or Reject button as appropriate to complete the approval task. This will automatically email the person who requested the approval informing them it has been completed. Note: If you are rejecting an Approval request the comment is not optional, please enter details to help your accounts team to resolve whatever issue prevented you from approving the item.
