The Approval Tasks Page

 

The Approval Tasks page consists of a table which displays all tasks currently assigned to you, it enables you to review the approvals awaiting action from you.

 

Tasklist

 

It contains the following fields:

Task – A brief overview of the task, which contains the document number, Amount and Vendor Name.

Comment – The last comment added to the approval request before the task was assigned to you.

Date – The date the current approval task has to be completed by.

Manage – The Manage Icon reflects the current state of the approval request with red requiring action. By selecting the icon you can view the details for the approval.
