Zetadocs Approval comes with software assurance included as part of the service agreement, however we recommend that all support requests are escalated through your system administrator to the Reseller who installed and setup the solution first. As they have access to settings and options which may be able to resolve your enquiry more swiftly.

•Full description of the problem •Company name and administrator contact details •Client PC operating system (e.g. Windows 7) •Details of the type of SharePoint archive being used. •Contact phone number, address and email
