Zetadocs Approval comes with software assurance included as part of the service agreement, however we recommend that all support requests  are escalated through your system administrator to the Reseller who installed and setup the solution first. As they have access to settings and options which may be able to resolve your enquiry more swiftly.

 

Software Assurance
Software Assurance is our standard support contract, providing email support with a response time of under 24 hours. Software Assurance enables administrators to keep their systems up to date, including updates for new platforms and new versions of supported applications, as well as feature enhancements in new releases.
