Managing CompaniesThe Company settings page displays a list of all companies which have been set up. From here you can manage the details of the existing Companies or add new ones to your account.
Managing Company DetailsTo manage an existing company settings simply find the company in the list and click the button in the Manage column. This will take you to the company details screen shown below.
Company Details This section allows you to change the Company Display Name as well as the Company Key by editing the values and clicking Save. Note that the Company Key is used to establish a connection with your Accounting Software to obtain up to date transaction information to enable you to request approvals. The Company Key value must match the value used in your Zetadocs Approvals Connector configuration file, as such you must change this value in both locations.
Document Types The Document types section allows you to adjust the types of documents that the company is set up to send for approval. Each document type selected also needs the corresponding Connector Setup to be done to enable Zetadocs Approvals to access your accounting software and business data. You can only view one company and one document type at a time, these can be switched between using the options on the title bar.
