Billing log

A record of all faxes sent is kept in the billing log, FAX.LOG, and all faxes received are kept in FAXIN.LOG.  These file are stored in the SERVER\Z-DB sub directory of the Zetafax home directory.

 

A line is added for every message addressee sent to by fax, giving details such as the Zetafax username, addressee name and company, the fax number, the connection time and number of pages sent.

 

The billing log file may be imported into a spreadsheet application for analysis, or you can use the Zetafax report writer to generate tabular and graphical analyses of your company's faxing habits.
