Device User Account Setup

Having configured your gateway and fax device with a dial plan you need to configure a Zetafax user account for that device and provide the settings to enable the Zetafax Server to recognize it.

 

Configuring the device account

•Create a Zetafax User Account using the usual steps.

•On creating the Zetafax user you will be presented with the Zetafax users screen.

•Select the user by double clicking on it to display the Zetafax User Details screen.

•Click the Routing button and the Inward routing rules options will appear.

•select the Sub-address field and add the DID number you have specified in your Dial plan for the device.

•Click Add when finished and then Close.
