How to set up Direct Dial Inward routing
Companies with a PBX phone system where extensions can be dialed directly from outside, rather than via the switchboard, use technology called Direct Dial Inward (DDI) - sometimes called Direct Inward Dial (DID).
Zetafax supports DDI routing as standard.

2.Select the Automatic Inward Routing option.
3.Select the Sub-addresses option.
This will display any Direct Dial accounts that have already been set up.
4.Right click your mouse button and select the Add option.
5.The sub-address routing rule dialog will be displayed.
6.Type in the extension number you wish a particular user or group to use in the Sub-address text box.
