Email Gateway error codes
Zetafax error codes are generally interpreted and explained by the Zetafax Client program. However, they are also stored in the fax billing log (FAX.LOG) and returned by the Zetafax API functions and e-mail gateway when listing transmission history for a given message.
The error codes are normally displayed as hexadecimal numbers (eg: F100). However, in some cases you may see an error code as a five-digit decimal number (eg: 61696). The e-mail gateway and Web Client return decimal versions of the API-specific error codes (see "API errors" below). These particular codes are listed in hexadecimal and decimal format for ease of use. The equivalent COM error is also given.
The list below gives the error codes, and a summary of their meaning. Note that the list is generally extended with new software releases, though existing codes remain unchanged.
