Premium Support

 


 

Zetafax Premium Support provides customers with telephone and email support for the duration of the contract. Zetafax Premium Support is available for 1, 2 or 3 year contracts with discounts available for 2 and 3 year contracts.

 

Over 95% of Support calls logged with Equisys are answered within 2 hours and all emails are answered within 24 hours. Each Support call logged remains open until it is resolved, however long it takes.

 

Note: Zetafax Premium Support is not available outside the United Kingdom.
