Zetafax failover - reverting back to the original configuration

When you are ready for your system to revert the original configuration follow these steps:

 

1.  Ensure that all users are logged out, and that no faxes are queued to be sent.

2.  Shut-down your Back-up Zetafax Server.

3.  Start your Primary Zetafax Server.

4.  Ensure that your Primary Zetafax Server is operating normally and has fully initialized.

5.  Restart your Back-up Zetafax Server.

6.  Ensure that your Back-up Zetafax Server has started in 'Passive' mode.
