SMS gateway

The Zetafax SMS Gateway add-on allows networked Zetafax users to send text messages to colleagues and to customers' mobile devices direct from their desktop. Text messages can also be received by an individual directly on their desktop, or processed by a third party application using the Zetafax API.

 

The SMS Gateway add-on requires a single GSM modem which may be purchased separately or as part of a bundle from Equisys.

 

To set up the SMS gateway having added your SMS gateway license, you will need to configure your GSM modem. Please refer to the configuring devices section of the help for more information on how to do this.
