User edit - permissions

 


 

Lets you specify whether the user has permission to acts as administrator, send urgent messages, edit address books, and send to non-address-book addressees.

 

Administrator

Specifies that this user is an Administrator, and hence in the Zetafax Client program can view the logs of other users.

 

Submit URGENT messages

Specified that this user may mark outgoing messages as Urgent. Urgent messages are sent before non-urgent messages.

 

Edit network address book entries

Specifies that this user may edit network address book entries.

 

Edit private address book entries

Specifies that this user may edit private network address book entries.

 

Send to recipients not in address books

Specifies that this user may send messages to fax numbers that are not in any address book.
