Document Delivery
Zetadocs Delivery provides users with a simple and effective way of enhancing document delivery from within Business Central.
Zetadocs Delivery Action buttons
With Zetadocs Delivery you can:
- Send single documents or batches of documents, by selecting the Zetadocs Send button under Page Actions.
- Group batches of documents for the same recipient in the same email by selecting the Send button and choosing Consolidate.
- View the status of a send and view any errors, by clicking the Outbox button.
- Open the Activity Log to see a chronological log of all Zetadocs Delivery activity.
- Access to any rules for a specific customer or vendor, by clicking the Rules button.

Delivering a single document
Zetadocs enables you to send single Business Central documents:
- Select the Business Central record you want to send.
- Select Actions > Zetadocs > Send.
This opens the Zetadocs Delivery options, which allows you to adjust the delivery details generated by the system rules .

Delivering a batch of documents
With Zetadocs you can also send batches of Business Central documents:
- Select Actions > Zetadocs > Send.
- Set the range of records you want to deliver on the report request page.
This opens the Zetadocs Batch Delivery options page. This page allows you to adjust the delivery details generated by the system rules or add any missing delivery information.

Automated and Scheduled Delivery
With Zetadocs Delivery Plus your Dynamics Partner can extend Zetadocs to:
- Schedule batches of documents to run automatically in the background.
- Automatically email customers with the details of their overdue account when a reminder level changes in Business Central.
- Automatically send invoices after Posting them.
Please note:
- Business Central do not allow a User Interface (UI) to display when it is processing reports in the background. This means reports containing a User Interface may not work properly and cause the batch to fail or block. Please ensure that your reports do not include UI. Contact your administrator if you are unsure about this requirement.
- Zetadocs Delivery deployments uses the Business Central Job Queues.
