Exporting results

 


 

 

You can export all data fields and the status of a fax job to a CSV or Excel file to allow the data to be imported back into the original database.

 

This will allow you to correct the source data removing invalid fax numbers or other information.

 

To export to a CSV file:

 

1.

Choose a fax job in Outbox and select File > Export Results or right-click the fax job and select Export Results.

In the CSV Export Options dialog box that appears, select the options to include into the resulting file from the following ones:

Include a header row within the file – a header for each column will be included into the resulting file as a first row.  

4.

Include queued recipients – all queued recipient of the fax job will be displayed in the resulting file.  

5.

Include failed recipients – all failed recipient of the fax job will be displayed in the resulting file.  

6.

Include succeeded recipients – all successfully sent recipient of the fax job will be displayed in the resulting file.

Click OK and indicate the name and path for saving the CSV file.To export to an Excel file:

Choose a fax job in Outbox and the report you need in View > Status Reports.  

9.

On the Print Preview window that appears click Export to Excel.
