Mapping fax addressing fields

Specify which database fields you want to correspond to the following fax addressing fields.

 

Unique identifier – used when generating reports of failed faxes to update the database, for instance, if the fax number is incorrect. A unique record identifier ensures that you will be able to update the correct record.

 

Fax number (mandatory) – the recipient fax number

 

Organization – the name of the company

 

Name (first) – the first name of the recipient. Will be joined with the last name (if indicated) in status reports and other fax job reporting information.

 

Name (last) – the last name of the recipient
