Setting options for fax submission
Once you have finished composing a message, set the send options for it.
Resolution
This option alows you to set the quality of the faxes you will send. There are three main options:
Draft – use for faxes with large fonts or pictures.
Normal (default) – use for documents of fine quality.
High – use when the font is small, the document is of bad quality, or minor details need to be distinguished in the pictures.
Send time
This option allows you to specify a time for your faxes to be sent. There are three main options:
Immediately (default) – allows you to send the fax immediately after submission.
Off Peak – allows you to specify the start and end time of delayed fax sending. Use the Zetafax configuration program to configure off peak times. Such fax will be displayed with a clock status icon in the Outbox window.
At a specific time – allows you to send the fax at a specified time within the next 24 hours.
Priority
This option allows you to set the priority of you fax job. There are three main options:
Normal (default) – the fax will be queued after the last message in the waiting list.
Urgent – the fax will be queued first in the waiting list.
Background – the fax will only be sent when no other faxes are queued.
