Status report information

Statistics on the whole fax job can be displayed in the heading:

 

Recipients – number of fax recipients

 

Sent – number/percent of faxes sent successfully

 

Queued – number/percent of faxes queued

 

Failed – number/percent of faxes failed

 

Completed – percent of fax job completed

 

Fax job – The name of the fax job.

 

The option to display these heading fields can be selected using the Printing options.

 

For every fax in your report, for which it is applicable the following information will be displayed:

 

Status – current status of the message

 

Fax – fax number of the recipient

 

Name – name of the recipient (both first and last) indicated in fax fields before sending

 

Organization – company name of the recipient indicated in fax fields before sending

 

Time Sent – date and time when the message was sent to the recipient by the Zetafax server

 

Pages Sent – total number of sent pages (including attachments)
