Add new cover sheet
A cover sheet is, by definition, one sheet only. However, a cover sheet consists of two files; a background and a foreground file. This dialog allows cover sheet background and foreground files to be added to the list of installed cover sheets available to Zetafax users when sending faxes. To display this dialog, double-click cover sheets in the cover sheets folder and click New in the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
cover sheets can be created automatically using the Zetafax cover sheet editor, activated by clicking the New button.
Alternatively, cover sheets may be created manually, imported, or reinstalled if previously deleted.
The background file contains the fixed part of the cover sheet, like the logo, address etc. of the sending company.
The foreground file contains the variable information. A word processor may be used to manually prepare the background and foreground cover sheet files.
Note: The body of the filename for the foreground and background files must be the same. For example, a new cover sheetmay comprise a background graphics file named NEWCOVER.G3F and a foreground file named NEWCOVER.EPN. Both files should be stored in the C:\Program Files\Zetafax Server\SYSTEM\ZCOVER directory.
