Archiving of messages received or sent
Provides configuration options for the archiving of incoming and outgoing messages.
•To display this dialog, double-click Archiving of messages received or sent in Server settings or select the Archiving icon from the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
Archive received messages
Specifies whether faxes that are received are to be archived to the specified directory. Check this box to store the message history file (which gives details of the sender).
Note: The 'Server Logs' function on the Zetafax Client that displays a list of all faxes sent and received is independent from archiving, and will work correctly even with archiving disabled.
Save fax images with transmission reports (for faxes received)
Check this box to store the contents of the fax (as a graphics file), in addition to the message history file (giving details of the sender).
Note: Archiving of graphics files can use considerable disk space.
Directory to store files (for faxes received)
Specifies the directory name to use for archiving received faxes. The files are stored in subdirectories of this directory, with names of the form yymmdd (where yymmdd is the date the fax was received). This is only used if archiving of received messages is enabled.

OK
Save any changes that have been made to the archiving options, and exit the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
Cancel
Do not save changes made to the archiving options, and exit the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
Reset
Reset the archiving options displayed, to their default settings. The settings are not saved until either OK is clicked or another category icon is selected from the scroll (left).
If you use the scrolling icons on the left to move to another Category , any changes made to the archiving options are saved.
