Letterheads

Contains letterheads for use in outgoing messages, installed in the Zetafax Configuration program to aid editing and management.

While this folder is selected in the left pane, the Action and Right-click menus provide commands that work on this folder.

The right pane shows the letterheads within this folder, with the following columns of information:

Description of the letterhead

A description of the letterhead used to aid identification in Zetafax displays.

Letterhead

The name of the letterhead, used to select it in Zetafax displays.

While a letterhead is selected in the right pane, the Action and Right-click menus provide commands that work on this letterhead.

Exporting the letterheads list

On the Action menu, or when you right-click, use the Export list... command to export the list of installed letterheads to a tab delimited text file or a comma delimited CSV file. The exported list includes a name and description for each letterhead.
