User Wizard

 


 

The User Wizard is designed to help you set up your initial set of Zetafax users. It will be run as part of the Server Configuration Wizard after a new install. Additionally it will be run separately when you start the Zetafax Configuration program if you have no Zetafax users configured.

 

The first page of the wizard tells you how many Zetafax users you have currently configured and how many users you are licensed for. Clicking Next takes you to the next page while clicking 'Cancel' exits the wizard.  The second page displays a list of the users in your primary Windows domain, and allows you to browse to other domains if required. The third column shows the Zetafax User Name, indicating which Zetafax Users are currently configured. When the Zetafax Configuration is run for the first time after a new install a Zetafax User account will have been automatically created for the currently logged-in user and you will be able to see their Zetafax User Name in this column. You can highlight the user(s) you wish to configure and click 'Next' to configure them. A dialog box will appear telling you how many users you have just enabled and you are taken to the third page of the wizard.  The third page of the wizard shows you how many Zetafax Users are now enabled.

 

 

Note: To change the domain that is currently displayed, select the Browse... button.  This opens the Select User and User groups dialog.  To change the domain, select on the Locations... button.
