Fax Relay

The Zetafax Fax Relay add-on allows you to submit faxes from existing fax machines rather than having to go to a computer to access the Zetafax client or extensions. Fax relay works by allowing fax machines to communicate to the Zetafax Server via T.38 either through the Standard FOIP or SR140 connectors. Once configured users can send faxes from fax machines, depending on the settings chosen, you could for example enter a valid DID followed by the star (*) and then the fax number e.g. 4104*02072034100. This would send the fax from the fax machine but would be sent via Zetafax from the account matching the DID and appear in the corresponding outbox, with all the cost savings and archiving advantages of using Zetafax.
