Off peak time definition

 


 

Provides configuration options for the definition of 'off peak time', so that users can select to send a fax at off peak time, or be prohibited from sending at any other time.

 

To display this dialog, double-click Off peak time definition in Server settings , or select the Off peak times icon from the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.

 

All day

 

Specify the days that are considered to be off peak all day (e.g. weekends).

 

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun

 

Selecting a check box makes the whole day off peak.

 

Other days (24 hour clock)

 

The From and To times set the off peak time between the two times specified, for the remainder of the days.

 

For example, if the From time is set to 18:00, and the To time to 20:00, off peak time is between 6pm and 10pm. If the From time is set to 18:00, and the To time is set for 06:00, off peak time is from 6pm to 6am the next day.

 

From

 

Specify the off peak from time, using the 24 hour clock. Valid range 00:00 to 23:59

 

To

 

Specify the off peak until time, using the 24 hour clock. Valid range 00:00 to 24:00

 

OK

 

Save any changes that have been made to the off peak time definition, and exit the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.

 

Cancel

 

Do not save changes made to the off peak time definition, and exit the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.

 

Reset

Reset the off peak times definition to its default settings. The settings are not saved until either OK is clicked or another category icon is selected from the scroll (left).

 

If you use the scrolling icons on the left to move to another Category , any changes made to the off peak time definition are saved.
