Delivery Settings

The Zetadocs Delivery Settings page lets you to specify how Zetadocs will send emails from your system.

To view the Zetadocs Delivery Settings page:

Open Business Central and use the search button to search for 'Zetadocs'.
Select Zetadocs Delivery Settings from the search results.

The settings available are:

Field	Description
Send using - Microsoft 365	Send using your Microsoft 365 Exchange Online account. You must grant Zetadocs permission to send emails on behalf and any shared mailboxes you have been granted rights to send from. Microsoft 365 tokens authorized by each user are stored in an encrypted table within Business Central, the Zetadocs Authorization Manager. Use the Test Delivery Settings button to send an email to the current user using Exchange Online.
Send using - Other SMTP	Send using your SMTP email account settings and user account credentials. You must grant the User ID permission to send emails on behalf of any shared mailboxes you have specified in the Email From field on the Zetadocs System Rules. If you are using an Exchange Online account you should follow the steps here to enable SMTP Auth for the user: Enable or disable SMTP Auth in Exchange Online. Use the Test Delivery Settings button to send an email to the User ID using your SMTP server.

Send using your SMTP email account settings and user account credentials. You must grant the User ID permission to send emails on behalf of any shared mailboxes you have specified in the Email From field on the Zetadocs System Rules.

If you are using an Exchange Online account you should follow the steps here to enable SMTP Auth for the user: Enable or disable SMTP Auth in Exchange Online.

Use the Test Delivery Settings button to send an email to the User ID using your SMTP server.

Other SMTP Settings

Field	Description
SMTP Server	This the address of your SMTP server that will be used to to send emails for Zetadocs Delivery. For Office 365, the SMTP Server is smtp.office365.com
SMTP Server Port	For Office 365, the SMTP port number is 587.
Secure Connection	For Office 365, this setting must be On.
From	Enter the From email address that will be used to send emails for Zetadocs Delivery. The User id specified above must have permission to send on behalf of this email address.
User ID	Enter the email address of the Microsoft Work Account that will be used to send emails for Zetadocs Delivery.
Password	Enter the password of the Microsoft Work Account that will be used to send emails for Zetadocs Delivery.
