Zetadocs System Settings Help

 

This section is designed for the system administrator. It covers the main Zetadocs settings pages and takes you through the steps of administrating the system. If these pages are not visible to you, then your Business Central user account has not been assigned the Zetadocs Administrator Permission Set.

 

The main Zetadocs System Settings are split across three pages in Business Central:

 

• The Zetadocs General Settings page, contains licensing and archiving settings.
• The Zetadocs Delivery Settings page, for SMTP settings for document delivery.
• The Zetadocs User Management page, for assigning Zetadocs licenses to users.

 

Additional settings pages below serve the following purposes:

• The Zetadocs Authorization Manager page, holds access tokens to Microsoft 365 services.
• The Zetadocs Templates page, contains document template settings for document delivery.
• The Zetadocs Report Settings page, contains report settings for document delivery.
• The Zetadocs System Rules page, contains per document level rules that are used for document delivery.
• The Zetadocs Hard Copy Printer Settings page, contains the settings to configure a Printer for Hard Copy printing.
• The Zetadocs Document Queues Settings page, contains all settings for each Zetadocs Document Queue.
