Monitoring fax jobs
After a fax job has been submitted to the Zetafax server, the program can report on its status in the Outbox window and the status of each constituent fax message in the Recipients window.
Summary information about the number and percent of queued, sent, failed and complete fax messages is displayed in the Statistics bar at the bottom.
A fax job can have one of the following statuses:

OK |
Displayed for faxes sent successfully. |

Waiting |
Displayed for faxes submitted to the Zetafax server but not sent yet. |

Held |
Displayed for faxes submitted to the Zetafax server but held from sending by the sender. |
|
Failed |
Displayed for faxes submitted to the Zetafax server but not delivered to the recipients. |
To update the list of fax jobs, click the Refresh button on the toolbar or select Refresh on the View menu.
By default, the list of fax jobs is updated every 30 seconds.
To view summary information about a fax job

Select a fax job in the Outbox window, right-click it and select Properties, or |

Select a fax job in the Outbox window and select View > Properties. |
The Properties dialog displays the following information:

Fax job status. |
Submit time |
Time the fax job was submitted to the Zetafax server. |
Body |
Zetafax unique name for a fax message. Automatically assigned by the Zetafax server to each message. |
Type |
Type of message. FaxBroadcast provides only fax type. |
User status |
Specifies the user's awareness of a message. There are three user status types: Aware means that the user is aware of message, but has not read it. OK means that the message has been read. Waiting means that the message has been sent, read and is waiting for the recipient to do something. |
Description |
Description of the fax job as entered when composing. If no description has been entered, the name of the first recipient is displayed. |
