Windows
The main window of FaxBroadcast is divided into three main areas:

Outbox
The Outbox window displays a list of fax jobs as soon as they are submitted to the Zetafax server.
The following information is displayed for each fax job in the Outbox window:
Description – shows the status of each fax job, the name of the first recipient, the organization, and the subject of the fax
Submitted – shows the time the fax job was submitted to the Zetafax server
Recipients
The Recipients window displays the list of recipients and their details for each fax job. The following columns are available:
Status – icon that shows the current status of a fax message
Fax number – fax number of the recipient
Name – first and last names of the recipient
Organization – name of the recipient company
Time Sent – date and time when the fax job was sent to the recipient
Pages Sent – the total number of pages sent
Statistics
The Statistics bar displays a summary information about the selected fax job.
The following progress bars are displayed:
Queued – number/percent of faxes queued
Sent – number/percent of faxes sent successfully
Failed – number/percent of faxes failed
Overall – percent of fax jobs completed
