Automatic printing of sent faxes
Provides configuration options for the automatic printing of outgoing messages. These settings can be overwritten for individual users in the User options - Printing dialog.
To display this dialog, double-click Automatic printing of sent faxes in Server settings , or select the Print - Sent icon from the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
Printer to use
Shows the main printer to use for printing sent faxes that have been queued for automatic printing.
Select
Clicking this button calls the Select printers dialog which selects the printers to use for the automatic printing of sent faxes.
Print sent fax message
Specifies whether faxes that are sent are to be printed automatically.
Print status report
Check this box to print a status page, giving details of the sender. If the Print fax message is not selected the first page of the fax will be included within the status report.
Print failed fax message
Specifies whether faxes that have failed are to be printed automatically.
Print header line on fax message
Specifies whether header information should be added to the printed fax messages. This setting has no effect if printing a status report as well as the fax message.
Pages on each printed sheet
Specifies how many pages of a sent fax are to be printed on sheet. The user can choose between 1, 2 or 4.
Border
Check this box to add a border to the pages printed.
Shadow
Check this box to add shadow to the pages printed.
OK
Save any changes that have been made to the printing options, and exit the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
Cancel
Do not save changes made to the printing options, and exit the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
Reset
Reset the printing options displayed, to their default settings. The settings are not saved until either OK is clicked or another category icon is selected from the scroll (left).
If you use the scrolling icons on the left to move to another Category, any changes made to the printing options are saved.
