Automated document emailing

Zetadocs Delivery Plus saves us one day per week by delivering all of our sales order confirmations, purchase orders and invoices electronically – an invaluable victory for us. Templates can be configured for customer and Business Central users are prompted to send additional information, for example airway bills, which would otherwise be forgotten.

We have used Zetadocs Delivery for a number of years now, the implementation went smoothly and the software has saved us countless hours of printing invoices and filling envelopes. We love the ability to create and amend our own templates for the covering e-mails as required.

Each day we are saving at least 2 working hours with Zetadocs. This equates to 1 week in every month. As well as making my life easier, we have reduced our delivery costs and fine tuned our order to cash process.
