FIX: East Asian characters in a PDF file are not rendered correctly Print ZTN1817 ID: ZTN1817 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 2010 and below Symptom When using the native PDF rendering option to render PDF attachments on the Zetafax Server, any East Asian characters are not rendered correctly or are formatted badly. Cause On English systems without the appropriate language settings, East Asian languages require an additional set of interpreter files which were not included in the Zetafax Server releases. Resolution An update is available from Equisys Technical Support that includes the files required for rendering. Status This issue was corrected in Zetafax 2011.
