FIX: From address not populated when resubmitting archived document Print ZTN4311 ID: ZTN4311 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 9.0.284 and below of Zetadocs PDF Version 5.5.307 and below of Zetadocs for NAV Symptom This issue applies to systems where network archiving is configured in the Zetadocs Delivery Settings in NAV and the email from address is being used. Documents that are delivered from the Zetadocs Client are archived to the configured network folder. Any previously archived documents that are resubmitted from the Archive panel in the Zetadocs Client appear correctly, but the From address is not populated. Cause This issue is caused by an error in the routines used to save out the document metadata when archiving. Resolution A hotfix is available which resolves this issue.
