FIX: Messages not routing to Exchange 2007 mailboxes Print ZTN1721 ID: ZTN1721 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax Server 2008 Symptom Inbound fax messages are not routed to Exchange 2007 mailboxes from the Zetafax Server. Cause The Legacy Exchange DN contains special characters, such as commas and periods, that the Zetafax Exchange 2007 Connector is not encoding correctly before passing the message to Exchange. Resolution There is a hotfix available for this issue. Please contact Technical Support for further information. Status This behaviour was corrected as a hotfix for Zetafax 2008.
