FIX: NAV client crash after a Zetadocs Search Print ZTN4529 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs version 9.0, 9.1, 10.0, 11.0 with the x64 Zetadocs factbox Symptom After a Zetadocs search using the x64 Zetadocs factbox, the NAV client intermittently crashes. Cause To avoid freezing the NAV client when doing a search, Zetadocs perform the search operation asynchronously and returns the data to the Factbox using an event mechanism in NAV. However, when used after an asynchronous operation, the event mechanism becomes unstable and an error, handled or not, results in a NAV crash. Resolution This fault was corrected in the Zetadocs 11.1 update. Before updating the software, the occurrence of this issue can be reduced by disable the auto refresh option in the Zetadocs general settings page. Status This behaviour was corrected in the update detailed above.
