FIX: Not all documents printed to the Zetadocs Client load in the same batch Print ZTN4297 ID: ZTN4297 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 5.5 of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Symptom When you print more than one record from NAV to Zetadocs, then if they are loaded into the Zetadocs Client as individual documents instead of one batch and the first record from the record set printed in NAV is not loaded then this issue has occurred. For example, if I am printing a Sales Order Confirmation containing records 1001..1003 and when it gets loaded in the Zetadocs Client there are two individual documents for 1002 and 1003 rather than a batch of three documents, 1001,1002,1003. Cause When printing more than one documents from NAV to Zetadocs then the first record report printed contained information which instructed Zetadocs to form a batch send. If the first record being printed into a report had no printable content or had some custom logic which resulted in that record not outputting any print data to the Zetadocs printer then that record was effectively skipped which results in the loss of batch information being printed to the Zetadocs Client.
