FIX: Some RTF documents are incorrectly rendered by DOCTIFF

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

·                Zetafax 9 and later

·                Document Conversion Add-on version 8.1 (DOCTIFF)

Symptom

The output quality of RTF documents that contain non-true type fonts is poor.

Cause

Only true type fonts in RTF documents are correctly scaled by DOCTIFF.

Resolution

Apply the following patch to resolve this issue:

Status

This issue has been resolved by applying the above patch.
