FIX: Unable to drag and drop an email from Outlook using Zetadocs FactBox

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

  • Version 6.1 of Zetadocs for NAV
  • Microsoft Outlook

Symptom

The Zetadocs drag and drop FactBox is disabled when attempting archive a file using the Windows Client in NAV from Microsoft Outlook.

Cause

Zetadocs expects to find the email message columns in a specific order and if it does not find them in that order then the Zetadocs drag and drop FactBox may be disabled.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the  January update rollup (7.0.386) of Zetadocs for NAV, available for download  here.
