FIX: Zetadocs Archive menu item displays no results in SharePoint on a non English system Print ZTN4075 ID: ZTN4075 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV 3.0 or earlier on non English systems Symptom On a non English version of Zetadocs for NAV, the “Zetadocs Archive” menu item on NAV Card forms performs a search for documents associated with the current record and returns no results. This is despite previously archiving documents associated with this record and confirming their presence in the archive by browsing to the respective subfolder. Cause The cause of this issue is due to an indexing logic difference between English and Non English SharePoint systems. The logic difference has been deemed “As designed” by Microsoft’s SharePoint Support. Resolution A patch is available that resolves this issue.
