INFO: Using Zetadocs PDF Offline Print ZTN3542 ID: ZTN3542 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetadocs PDF 1.0 and later Summary This document describes the recommended use of Zetadocs PDF in an offline environment. More information Unless you are using a single user system, Zetadocs PDF is required to be connected to a network to access the licensing information. If you are a remote user or need to go offline, Zetadocs PDF will allow you to use it for 7 days before it needs to reconnect to the network to re-sync the licensing information. If however you exceed 7 days you will receive the following error: Using Accessories offline If you have configured accessories such as templates and stationery to be shared out on a network folder you will need to configure your PC to cache these files for offline use. You can do this by using the Offline Files feature of Windows. This allows you to specify which shared network folders can be synchronised to a local cache store which can be used offline.
