PRB: An error occurs in Zetadocs Client when archiving a document to SharePoint using embedded addressing commands Print ZTN4113 ID: ZTN4113 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs PDF version 7.0 and below Symptom After printing a document containing the “ArchiveFolder” embedded command to Zetadocs, any attempt to send the document will cause an error and the Zetadocs client will close unexpectedly. Cause This issue can be caused by incorrect formatting of the Archive embedded command. Resolution If archiving to SharePoint the “ArchiveFolder” embedded command should have the following format: %%[ArchiveFolder: sharepoint: http://intranet ,archive] The “sharepoint:” prefix must be all lowercase.
