PRB: Document does not appear in the Document Explorer window after printing to the Zetadocs PDF printer Print ZTN3501 ID: ZTN3501 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs PDF Version 1.0 Symptom After printing a document to the Zetadocs PDF printer the job does not appear in the Document Explorer window within Zetadocs PDF. Cause The Zetadocs PDF printer is offline. Resolution Follow these steps to resolve: Go to Control Panel and open either the Printers or Printers and Faxes applet. Right-click the Zetadocs PDF printer and choose Properties. Click on the Ports tab and check the ZetadocsPort. Try printing again. Your document should now appear in Zetadocs PDF correctly. If the job still fails double click the Zetadocs PDF printer (there should be a printer icon in the system tray/taskbar) and clear the pending queue. Go to Control Panel and open Add/Remove Programs. Locate Zetadocs PDF and choose Repair. Follow the on screen prompts to repair the installation including the printer. Once complete try printing again.
