PRB: Documents containing more than 10 pages printed from NAV cause errors Print ZTN4076 ID: ZTN4076 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV 3.0 Symptom When printing a document with more than 10 pages an error is displayed saying “The number of records printed does not match the count expected.” and the document does not appear in the Zetadocs Client. Cause By default the printing solution is looking for the string “Page 1” to separate out records and apply embedded commands to print jobs. When it gets to page 10 it is still matching the string and as such is splitting the printed document into parts and expecting more sets of embedded commands than were produced. Resolution A hotfix has been provided to correct this issue. To access this please log into the Equisys Partner Portal download area.
