PRB: Embedded objects in Word documents are rendered as grey rectangles Print ZTN1267 ID: ZTN1267 Zetafax 8.0.01 Symptom Faxes that are rendered using the Document conversion add-on (Doctiff.exe) contain grey rectangles in place of embedded objects. Cause The Document conversion add-on adds a coloured background to the embedded object. This background causes the grey scale image to appear on the fax.
