Cause
The e-mail gateway can not render the document and fails to process the fax message when large Adobe Acrobat document (PDF) files are sent through the e-mail gateway, or more than one PDF file is attached to an e-mail message when sent to the Zetafax e-mail gateway.
Resolution
There are two possible solutions:
Pre-render the attachments by printing them to the Zetafax printer and saving the file from the client as a G3F file attachment.
Use the Document conversion engine to render PDF documents. This add-on supports over 250 file extensions and is a purchasable add-on to Zetafax.
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
