PRB: Error when printing a Purchasing Return or Purchasing Inventory transaction to the Zetadocs Client Print ZTN4030 ID: ZTN4030 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetadocs for GP 1.0 Symptom Printing a Purchasing Return or Purchasing Inventory transaction to the Zetadocs Client raises an error message similar to “Print job file < filename.grp> unsuccessful, deleting print job”. Cause Zetadocs for GP requires that you print Purchasing Return and Inventory transactions to the Zetadocs Client from either the “Returns Transaction Entry” window or the “Returns Transaction Inquiry Zoom” window. This is because the Named Printers are only set up to monitor the printing actions from these two windows. Resolution Print your Purchasing Return or Inventory transactions to the Zetadocs Client from the “Returns Transaction Entry” window or the “Returns Transaction Inquiry Zoom” window directly. It is currently not supported to print more than one transaction at a time of this transaction type (i.e. Purchasing Return or Inventory).
