PRB: Exporting a list of email users from Exchange causes the process to hang Print ZTN1860 ID: ZTN1860 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax versions 2011 and 2012 Symptom When exporting a list of users from Exchange, the process hangs when searching the global address list and never completes. The process MAPIEXP.exe needs to be terminated from Task Manager. Cause The export utility is caught in a loop and the output file MAILUSER.DAT found in zfax\SYSTEM\Z-DB will continue to build up until the process is terminated. Resolution This problem can be resolved by installing an update which is available here. This update is available using the password provided in your monthly Software Assurance newsletter.
